Hi, my name is Richard Waitt and I've been managing these great bunch of guys since January of 2009.

The first time I saw them in concert in December of 2008, I was not only impressed with their ability to play and sing, but I was moved by their desire to reach the hearts of this generation of youth.

I've been a bi-vocational music minister since 1986 and I count it a real privilege to represent these guys who really exemplify what it means to love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength.
